yipee, right? nah. i spent the day venturing at McKinley Hill, for my job interview at ANOTHER company. not too successful at locating the place, mind you. i ended up taking a cab.
i figured this year, i couldn't stand all these shit anymore at work, so i'm looking out on greener pastures.
i've been actually going at it for some time now. that was my third interview. and to tell you the truth i'm already getting bored at all the interview questions that i seem to encounter EVERYTIME.
well, the most asked question (and probably the most obvious one) is this:
why move out? why are you lookin' for another job?
honestly, i can't answer shit. i pro'lly haven't answered this one, and be at least contented with my own answer. catches me off-guard, every damn time.
i may sound as an idiot, but hell, how do YOU answer that question truthfully, yet at the same time, most appealing-ly to the interviewer?
i mean, think about it. most of the reasons why you're lookin' for another job is most likely that you HATE something or someone or whatever about your own company right?
how do you, in a very professional way, answer it, without spilling out every emotional thing that you feel about your company? ;p
i heard my sister not to spill out any bad juice about your current work, (it was unprofessional to, she said), and i really think she's right. she told me to tell this "script" once, which i easily forgot, which, in turn, i don't really remember now but it sounded real good and erm, general -- that i figured: don't bother using it cause i know they're still gonna ask more specifically of you to explain it.
WELL HOW DO YOU ANSWER IT!?
whole-heartedly? or whole-minded-ly?
maybe the best answer to that question is a QUESTION.
why do you ask?
and then get out. lol
